Who can rent the RVs?

All individuals over the age of 25 with a valid driver’s license of at least 2 years.

Can there be additional drivers?

We encourage you to list all adults over the age of 25 who will be present in the vehicle as additional drivers so that they will be covered by insurance.

Do I need a special license to operate the RV?

As long as you are 25 years or older you just need to have a valid driver’s license. The vehicles handle very easily.

Are RVs difficult to operate?

Not at all! At departure you will be given 15-20 min instructional videos to watch at your own pace. This will familiarize you with the operations of the vehicle and its features. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable operating the RV or trailer. If you have any questions or forgot something while on your trip, we are available 24/7 to assist you.

What is the minimum rental period?

Reservations have a three-night (72 hour) price minimum. You are welcome to return the RV earlier if you’d like. Certain holidays, locations and promotions require a longer nightly minimum. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years require a 5-night minimum. Please note, we do not accept reservations that start or end on November 22nd, December 23rd-25th, and December 31st – January 1st.

How do I pay the rental?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you deliver the RV?

We are out of Simi Valley and we do offer front door delivery and pick up for an extra fee of $275. We can deliver/pickup anywhere in Ventura County and North West LA County. We can also deliver outside these areas for an additional fee, depending on where you are located.

When can the RV be picked up & delivered?

A night of reservation is 24 hours. You can select what time of pick up or delivery works best for you when making the reservation. We do pick ups between 7am-6pm. Whatever time you select to have the RV picked up will be the same time it is dropped back off on the last day. Pick up times are based on availability; we will contact you ahead of time if we need to change the time.

What do I need to do prior to returning the RV?

Please fill up the gas tank to the same level at which you received it. Also, please fill the liquid propane and dump the gray & black water tanks. We can dump the tanks for you for 435. If you cannot refuel the RV we can do it for a $30 fee plus the cost of the gas and/or liquid propane.

Do you work with out of state & international clients?

Absolutely! Our RVs and our service are perfect for anyone from out of state and out of the country (or anyone local who just likes an easy company to work with). Plus we offer airport pick ups & drop offs for an extra fee of $275.

What kind of mileage will we get?

Our vehicles use gas and you will get a 6-10 MPG depending on speed & elevation. 

How many miles are included with the reservation?

100 free miles per night. Extra miles cost $0.45 per mile. There are no refunds on unused miles.

Can I tow my car or boat behind the RV?

Yes, our vehicles can tow up to $5,000. Please notify us about your intent to tow.

Can we bring our pets?

We love furry friends and allow them in certain vehicles with an additional cleaning fee. The RV must be returned free of pet hair and pet odor. Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet upon booking your reservation. The additional pet fee is $100.

Do you allow smoking in the RV?

Smoking is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor, a cleaning fee will be charged of up to $500. Please do not smoke in our RVs.

Do you charge a cleaning & preparation fee?

Yes a one time fee: Tiffin model is $135 & the Jayco model is $75.

What happens is we get into an accident?

Notify us right away so that we may assist you. Take detailed photos of all the vehicles/property involved and take photos of the other party’s insurance information and driver’s license(s).

What happens if I get a ticket?

The renter is responsible for paying the tickets and any associated fees.

What happens if I accidentally damage or break something?

Accidents happen, we understand that. If you break or damage something, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may order the replacement part or schedule necessary appointments to have the RV fixed.

How do you screen renters?

We do a driving check through the DMV.

Do you refuse service to anyone?

So far all of our clients have been great, but we do reserve the right to refuse any rental at our discretion.

Do you offer a refund on unused nights?

We stay busy year-round and when you make a reservation, we take the RV off the market for those dates. For that reason, we do not offer a refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

Clients reserving the RV for the Burning Man Festival have two weeks from the reservation creation date to request a cancellation.
